1 Reviving The Irreparable: Structural Restoration of Small Cause Court, Mumbai

Declared beyond repair and marked for demolition by VJTI experts, this severely deteriorated staircase was brought back to life by our team. Through advanced structural repair and strengthening, we transformed a critical failure into a stable, enduring structure—standing strong today as proof of our engineering excellence.

2 JJ Hospital Residential Buildings, Mumbai

Deemed beyond repair and recommended for demolition by top experts, these structures were given a second life through our intervention. Backed by the trust of Dr. Tatya Saheb Lahane, who recognized our expertise from past work ,our team executed precise structural strengthening and rehabilitation—transforming a lost cause into a standing success.

3 Police Quarters Rehabilitation, Bandra, Mumbai

A critical structural failure in occupied police quarters led to visible cracking and column distress late at night—putting lives of residents at immediate risk. Our team swiftly intervened, executing live structural strengthening with a 50-member workforce, stabilizing the building without evacuation. The structure stands strong today, earning high appreciation from the Government of Maharashtra and further direct project allocation from CMD, IAS officer

4 Nashik Thermal Power Station (NTPS) – Structural Strengthening

Executed high-risk structural strengthening above a live conveyor belt within the coal handling plant—where precision was critical and error was not an option. In a hazardous, high-intensity environment, our team delivered flawless execution without disrupting operations—turning extreme conditions into a benchmark of engineering excellence.

5 Villa Foundation Retrofit, Khopoli

A G+1 villa with a failed, sunken foundation posed a complete structural challenge. Without dismantling the existing foundation, our team executed advanced retrofitting of the foundation, columns, and beams—successfully rebuilding a new villa on the same base, transforming failure into a foundation of strength.
